What is a concierge service?

Concierge services are aimed to help you to focus on what’s important in life.  It is a combination of lifestyle management and support.  Similar to a hotel concierge, our service is personal; offered to individuals or corporate to manage tasks on your behalf.  It saves you phoning around for information, waiting for service staff, organising quotes, etc – we can take care of the detail for you.


How do I schedule your services?

Contact us via our website at www.kaymanconcierge.com or call us at (1.345) 525-2429 to determine how My Kayman Concierge Services can best serve you.  My Kayman Concierge Service is available 24/7; however, our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays 7 AM to 1 PM.  Please note that services requested outside of our normal business hours, urgent/same day requests, weekends and holidays will be subject to an additional fee.  We request a minimum 24 hours’ notice for scheduling.


What if the service I want is not on your list of services?

If you have something you want help with that isn’t on the list – just ask.  We are here to help and provide assistance wherever we can.


How are services paid for?

All services are paid for in cash or check. There is a one hour minimum service for errands and pet sitting service and a four hour minimum services for babysitting/nanny and housekeeping service. Services such as event planning, home management & maintenance, travel arrangements, new baby preparation and personal shopping are paid in advance by cash or check.


What geographic areas do you serve?

We serve the entire Cayman Islands


What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer membership packages for our discerning clients who are looking for a turnkey solution with unique added benefits. Our membership packages are divided into three levels and are based on your specific needs, budget and preferred level of personalized services: The Upper Deck, the Business Class and the Economy membership on an annual and monthly basis, for those who may require services for a shorter or longer period throughout the year.


My work is very time consuming and I travel frequently. Do you have someone available to do errands such as pick up dry-cleaning, schedule appointments, pick up mail, and stock my fridge upon my return?

Yes. We can take care of all your needs. We would be happy to customize an estimate for your specific requirements. Visit our contact page and provide us with the details about your request.


Are third party expenses included in your hourly rate?

No. Costs for third party services and purchases are the responsibility of the client in addition to our service fees.


How long will it take to process my concierge request?

The time it will take to process your request will depend entirely on the nature of the request and/or the complexity of the query you wish us to answer. We will, however, contact you within 48 hours of receiving your concierge request to give you a preliminary estimate of the time required to fully deal with your query. Our estimate will be based on our expert assessment of your request, but is not a guarantee. However, if we require more time to process your request, we will inform of this before proceeding with the additional work.


What if I need to cancel a scheduled service?

No problem.  In order to make our time available for other clients, we would appreciate at least 24 hours notice for all service cancellations.


What is your privacy policy?

All personal information collected by My Kayman Concierge Services will remain confidential. We do not share any information about our clients. We are discreet and confidential about our dealings with our clients.
