. My Kayman Concierge Service is available 24/7; however, our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays 7 AM to 1 PM. Please note that services requested outside of our normal business hours, urgent/same day requests, weekends and holidays will be subject to an additional fee. We request a minimum 24 hours’ notice for scheduling.
